Abundant Hospice offers each patient and family personalized and compassionate care with dignity and respect. We at Abundant Hospice strive to provide efficient and empathic hospice care to patients in the comfort of their homes or community, whether it be an assisted living or in a nursing home. We match the level of care needs that the patient has with the hospice care staff we employ. To us, successfully providing hospice is largely dependent on who provides care. This is the main reason why Abundant Hospice goes through great lengths to conduct a thorough assessment of the staff we hire. We support and develop our human resources. We train them extensively and require them to pursue continuing education that makes them more and more efficient at providing hospice care to their patients.
Abundant Hospice works as a team with the medical director or the patient’s physician, nurses, social workers, and chaplain/counselors. We follow the outline of care established by the team or the physician-directed care plan that reduces the discomfort or pain mostly experienced by patients in the later stages of a life-limiting disease.
Abundant Hospice Services does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the ground of race, color or national origin, or based on disability or age in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits whether carried out by Abundant Hospice directly or through a contractor or any other entity with which the company carry out its programs and activities.
